„This place was huge and offered a quiet stay close to Packwood. Gas/grocery within a few miles. Nice fire pit and table with two separate hookups & trash can available. Will definitely stay again if in the area. Met the host and he was very kind as well“

„This beautiful getaway was the perfect base camp while exploring Mt Rainier. The communication with host before, during and after was exceptional. They have thought of absolutely everything & more for a romantic getaway to an extended family vacation, ours was lifelong friends meeting for vacation from other parts of the country. All you need are your clothes, food & drinks! Cheers!“

„After hiking the Skyline Trail loop up Mt Rainier relaxing in this peaceful home was just what my family needed. We enjoyed a soak in the hot tub, the nearby swimming hole, movies, and the comfy furniture. My big kids enjoyed having a bit of privacy sharing the mother in law suite while the littles shared the smaller bedroom. This home exceeded our expectations! “

„Our stay was one of a kind. If you want an awesome, unique experience this is the one for you. My son(10) and I stayed here for our adventure at Mt Rainier and the location of this property is about 8-10 to the entrance of Mt Rainier National Park. „Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It is as good in person as it is on the pictures. The host thought of everything, beds were very comfortable and full amount of dishes and wine glasses most importantly. Big washer dryer, comfortable places to eat together and hang out “

„We loved this house not far from Mt. Rainier. It was quiet and very beautiful. Getting in the hot tub after hiking was amazing. The town of Elbe is only a few minutes away and had a couple of stores to pick up some basics. Make sure you check out the Mt. Rainier webcams before you go to the park. We woke up to a very cloudy day at the house and were going to cancel the Skyline Loop trail but saw on the webcam that the clouds were breaking up there so we went ahead and did the hike. „The Naked Elk met our expectations and then some! Our group of 10 (9 adults and a wee one) had a fabulous time. Super close to town but since it’s on a dead end street, very tranquil. The home was tastefully remodeled and we loved all the personal touches at the cabin, and imagining all the fun memories created at this place. Rooms were spacious especially the master. „Communication with the owner was easy. The location was easy to find. We were given and code to let ourselves in. The unit was very clean and stylish. Packwood is a small community, so it's easy to get food nearby. The unit has a large dining room table. We got take out, and our family of four ate there. Very convenient location for our trip to Mt. "Sehr gepflegtes Motel, aber das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. Das Zimmer Nr. 5 war sehr sauber und gepflegt, hatte aber keinen TV und keinen Kühlschrank und lag direkt neben dem öffentlichen Bad (was teilweise sehr laut war). Beim Einchecken akzeptierten sie zunächst meine Kreditkarte nicht, die bislang noch nie irgendwo Probleme gemacht hat. Geschlafen habe ich aber sehr gut. Für das Frühstück muss man extra bezahlen und bekommt dafür wirklich mittelmäßige Qualität (z.B. einen English-Muffin aus der Mikrowelle und einen Kaffee für 14 Dollar) und eine schlecht gelaunte Bedienung. "
