I certainly didn't expect the quality of the mattresses to be exceptional. I also didn't anticipate the poor quality. Our room smelled stuffy, easy fix, turn on the air conditioner. The mattresses however, left something to be desired.“

„Sloppy check-in followed by the worst room I have seen in a long time. The wallpaper came off the wall in the bathroom (see pictures) and at 4 am the towel bar collapsed and fell down on the toilet. For a while I thought this is a bad candid camera episode but there was no camera to wave to...“

„I stayed pn a Friday night for a Conference that started at 7:30 am at a neighboring hotel. Breakfast was supposed to start at 7:00 am and I left at 7:15am to find hot coffee and breakfast on my own because the breakfast was not ready. They had always ready and hot coffee in the lobby and it was ice cold in the coffee thermos like it had been there for more than 24 hours. The room was nice and clean but I was disappointed with the only amenity I tried to take advantage. The pool was posted ...

„Well first of all I got 2 charges of $50 for a deposit, hopefully it get it back. And there was a full bag of garbage under the sink. Empty alcohol boxes/containers under there as well. Staff is sketchy. 0/10 do not recommend. Bed was was comfy tho 😂“

„Stayed one night and discovered bed bugs in the room multiple live bugs on the bedding. Had to pack up and leave. Disappointing, because the location and everything else seemed fine, but a bed bug infestation is a dealbreaker. Hope management addresses it.“

I have a food allergy and he was very kind and helpful helping me find food to eat. I have never had this kind of customer service. I hope Element recognizes the quality of person that they have in their employ. Element will be my go to from now on.“
