The cottage was well supplied. The neighbors were very friendly and there was easy access to the river. The store at the end of the street sold basic items, which was convenient. The bar behind the store was awesome for a cold beer and meeting neighbors. It was a great neighborhood to walk my dogs.“

It was nice to be back in a farmhouse and you can see they took care to show the history and labor of love the home was. „We loved everything about this house! The suites are great, kitchen is well stocked, plenty of room for our family vacation. We also loved the location, we took day trips to Galena and Dyersville. We enjoyed outdoor games in the yard, went to the golf/mini-golf course, as well as other attractions in Dubuque. We appreciate the owners attention to details and the pristine condition of the home. The best VRBO house we have stayed in. “

„We had an excellent weekend at the Luxury Lodges. The house was stocked with everything we needed, from linens and towels to cookware and paper products. It was very clean as well. The property is secluded for privacy and offers a beautiful view of the Mississippi River. The basement is an open area with games to play as well . We will definitely stay again, hopefully in the near future.“
