They didnt receive our booking until after hrs and had no idea we were booked and it would be late. Booking with most resorts you dont have to much to worry about what time you get in and when traveling on the road you never have an exact time. I did call in and leave a message before store hrs were over but attendant didnt hear it. Fortunately the attendant was checking ...

„The home itself was exactly as described and was clean and comfortable overall. A couple suggestions would be…-yard was not mowed and grass was quite high-futon couch was very uncomfortable to sit for any length of time-gate at hot tub was twisted and did not on its own which made it hard for my wife to open and close-Neighbor at corner left for work at like 5am and truck was very loud and rumbled the house during weekdays“
