"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, just a three-minute walk from the harbor, which made everything very convenient. Despite being so central, it was very quiet and relaxing. The breakfast was excellent, and what really stood out was the outstanding service at the bar. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The room was clean and well-kept. We can highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back!"

"Alles in einem absolut abgewohnten Zustand, uns wurde viel Geld aus dem Zimmer geklaut (!), Inhaber und Manager an keiner Lösung interessiert, Einrichtungen kaputt, Waschbecken undicht, Klo eckelig, absolut dunkel mit kaum Licht, Pool dreckig, (Grün)Anlage teilweise nur noch Staub, keine Gäste in Restaurant oder Bar, Frühstück (Nasi Goreng) schmeckt matschig wie vom Vortag aufgewärmt, ein zweiter Kaffee nur gegen Extrarechnung, Zimmer voller Moskitos, Minibar ohne Inhalt (leerer Kühlschrank). Eine Komplettmodernisierung ist seit sicher 10 Jahren überfällig. Schade, da Gili Air sonst sehr schön ist."

"Perfect location right by the beach, snorkelling area with turtles is basically on your doorstep. The bungalow was nice and cozy, the open bathroom however invited some animals into our apartment. Staff was very nice and helped us to organise diving and snorkeling tours. "
