„We were a group of 10. We want to thank much Miss Rania Emad for her hard work and support for us to make our vacation excellent. She was following with us everyday to solve any problem with the hotel. The property and facilities were very good. The staff were very polite, friendly, helpful and supportive. The food was great, huge varieties and was delicious. The pools and the beach were amazing. The rooms were very clean. The only comment that we had, the Room Service response was slow.“

Staff are also helpful I thought long and hard about whether to bring these points up. I was particularly struck by the fact that managers (in black and green uniforms) were arguing loudly with staff in front of guests in the restaurants.
