Located 5 minutes from Lake Annecy, Le Birdie welcomes you to enjoy its exceptional setting.
Next to the famous golf course of Giez (driving range, 9 holes, 18 holes), come and relax in this charming place, whose calm is only equaled by its beauty. Ideal for a family holiday, the Le Birdie residence is also equipped with an outdoor swimming pool (seasonal), an indoor swimming pool (all year round) and a tennis court.

Discover a charming apartment, with a large balcony overlooking the mountains.
Ideal for 6 people, it consists of three bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with two single beds, two bathrooms (one with bath and one with shower), and a large living/living room.
Television, equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, and coffee machine.
The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine and WIFI. Pets are not allowed.

The accommodation is located on the 3rd floor with elevator.

Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional 20€ will be charged.

If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
