For included amenities like dishes and glasses pretty weak as the house has never been lived in full time (probably) and is currently for sale. „Property is off the highway enough to be peaceful, but 30 minutes or less to anything you need. Loved the Texas decor-longhorn horns, cowhide. Plenty to watch on tv, grounds are nice. Didn't use the fire pit-June just isn't the right season. Washer/dryer were great for our two week stay. Wayne was attentive and often there taking care of the grounds. Took advantage of the dinosaur park and the state park as well as an indoor play park with our grandchildren. Pricing puts this place at a bargain.“

„There needs to be more information about the walk in tub for those of us who are newbies. Also, the water temperature for the shower are in the opposite places. The trash can cabinet could be labeled to make it easier to find. safety bars would also be a great addition for those of us who are advanced in years or handicapped.“

„Love this home!! It is the perfect place to stay, everything is so welcoming and inviting. It was easy to move around in and allowed everyone space, allowed for people with mobility issues. Kitchen was great for cooking and gathering, outdoor areas were relaxing and allowed for easy conversations. „My partner and I booked this little gem on a quiet weekend in Roundtop. The property is well kept, the pool was clean and our cabin was cozy. If I could make a suggestion it would be to move check out time from 10 am to 11 am. The maintenance man arrived at 9:30 and we felt rushed to leave.“

„This was a group of 7 adults for the MotoGP race weekend. Nice that we could use the garage to store our bikes. Exterior of the house was neglected (yard) but the interior was super clean. Soft towels and soap/shampoo worked out very well. Bunk beds creaked like mad but the other beds were great. Furniture in the home is very cheap so be careful. As a whole, the host was VERY communicative and we had everything we needed.“
