„Sauberes Zimmer, Neues Hotel, Freundlicher Service.

„Internet did not worked for the complete stay of 4 days (not sure when it worked the last time), not sure if the will fix it. Room was warm since AC was not able to cool the room. No housekeeping within this stay at all.“

„The staff was extremely friendly and always eager to help us and make our 7-day-stay as enjoyable as possible. The hotel has recently been renovated . The carpets and furniture are all new and nice. The ceilings in the corridors are quite low. The doors don't seem to be replaced. So all in all here and there you can see that it is not a completely new hotel. The breakfast was ok - with fresh fruit and two juices... Not to forget to menntion the quite big swimmingpool and spa. Finally I ...

„There was nothing for breakfast it was such a trash“

„We only stayed 1 night on our tour. Very clean, free Wifi, good breakfast “

„Stealing money for a property that isn’t even running yet accepting many bookings. “

„Hot tub didn’t work Tv didn’t work Beds are comfy No water pressure in the shower Front desk staff is friendly but never answer the phone Location is in a busy area but was quiet“

„Check-in was OK, room was nice. The shocking experience was to find, in the morning, that a hypodermic needle had fallen onto the floor from the bed covers. Thank God the cap was on and we weren't poked, but this was a frightening discovery. We had a 6:25am flight, so we left the room at 4:30am, in a bit of a hurry, and didn't have the time to look for someone to complain to (check-in desk was deserted). The hotel needs to do a serious self assessment over this one. Unforgivable.“
