This executive studio is thoughtfully laid out, with the kitchen separated by a wall from the main living and sleeping area, plus an entrance corridor and a private bathroom. It gives you the feel of a proper apartment with the convenience of a studio.

Step out onto the small balcony for fresh air and views of the Rock, then settle in with air conditioning and heating to keep you comfortable all year round. The main area features a comfortable double bed and a sofa bed, sleeping up to two adults and two children, or three adults happy to share the room. A dedicated desk makes it ideal for remote work or business trips.

The building has lift access, and guests can enjoy the estate’s 24-hour gym and swimming pool (open seasonally), both included with your stay. No private parking is provided, but there is public paid parking directly opposite the complex.

You’re right in the heart of Gibraltar, with Main Street, restaurants, bars and shops all within easy walking distance. Whether you’re here for business or a break, everything you need is on your doorstep.

Please follow the estate’s rules when using the gym and pool. Pool opening is seasonal and set by the estate
Please turn off the air conditioning, heating and lights when leaving the apartment
Dispose of rubbish in the estate’s designated bins
Please leave the kitchen tidy and load and run the dishwasher before departure
Please report any damages or breakages as soon as possible
Treat the apartment as you would your own home
