„Wirklich tolles Hotel in absolut ruhiger Umgebung.

„The receptionist was very kind and supportive, and our room was clean and organized. The property is located on a hill but offers easy access to the city, which is about 30 minutes away by train. Our experience would have been better if we hadn't heard footsteps and vacuuming sounds from the upper floors in the middle of the night or early morning. Overall I would highly recommend.“

„I liked the closeness of the property to my required area of need. I did not like sharing the kitchen and it's facilities. “

„Everything“

„Great location, quiet, fully equipped and spacious inside with heating/cooling A/C and comfortable bed. Needs a little TLC on some minor parts of the apartment but nothing major. “

„A great apartment in a brilliant local neighbourhood. Great local shops & restaurants - the ice cream parlour “Miami” was particularly excellent as was the restaurant Lumie di Sicilia. Very easy to get into central Rome and all the main tourist locations via very regular buses.“

„Easy check in and clean apartment- lots of space and good beef options for both teens and en-suite! Only issue wood be those bathroom needs ventialation as a bit smelly but easy to manage with the door shut “

„We really enjoyed our stay! The property is located close to bus stops that take you to the key tourist areas in Rome, but the neighborhood itself is super peaceful and quiet!“

„We would highly recommend this property! We were 11 people traveling to Rome and it was the perfect place for our family. It was very safe, clean, walkable, and comfortable. It was 100 degrees and the air conditioners worked great. There are 3 separate living areas which was nice for everyone to have their own space but then a really nice central outdoor seating area that could accommodate all of us. Daniela was so helpful with check in, check out, and recommendations. There was a coffee shop ...

„There was no mention of the two flights of stairs to get to the apt before climbing the next flight and a half to the bathroom and bedroom. Thankfully, the host carried my suitcase up the stairs and also helped with my husband’s. But we had to get down those stairs with our luggage with no help when we left. The hallway from the street to outside the apartment stank badly of mildew. No instructions as to size of cups to use in coffee maker. But instructions re garbage sorting, gas turn on and ...
