„Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag sehr gut hergerichtet. Leider war es nach dem Check-In noch nicht perfekt, aber mit den Türen nach außen kann das passieren. Kein Problem. Das Frühstücksbuffet war toll, die bestellte pochierte Ei leider nicht. Das Personal ist überwiegend sehr freundlich. Manche gehen einem einfach aus dem Weg - auch okay. Leider wurde beim Check-Out ein Abrechnungsfehler gemacht. Die Korrektur sorgte für eine kleine Diskussion zwischen zwei Angestellten. Das muss vor Gästen nicht ...

„this is a wonderful large home with 2 nice open-air patios, a large living room and dining room and nice kitchen. the location is a short walk to the Vatican or the charming neighborhood of Trastevere. Suggestion to the owner the primary bedroom bed is a very dense and hard foam bed (think of sleeping on a carpeted floor) provide a pillow topper for those of us who like/need softer mattress.“

„There was no mention of the two flights of stairs to get to the apt before climbing the next flight and a half to the bathroom and bedroom. Thankfully, the host carried my suitcase up the stairs and also helped with my husband’s. But we had to get down those stairs with our luggage with no help when we left. „Fabulous location within walking distance of all the basics and to Trastevere/Vatican City. Plenty of room for our crew of 14 and kitchens capable of simple meals. Host (Daniela) was very accomodating and accessible. A few things to note from our stay: we were unable to get the drying function of the combined washer/dryer to work. It was chilly some nights and we could have used extra blankets. Some of the umbrellas/awnings/outdoor furniture needs replacement (normal wear & tear). Limited indoor ...

„Be aware that the rooms can be hit in summer and the AC is not operating that well. 26C in the room while having all windows shuttered is base line. At night we were able to get down to 24C. While the room itself was small (as advertised) the bathroom was really weird sized with a tiny shower. Not sure how other rooms are… Brekkie is good but be aware that extras such as omelette are charged and not included. The crew was nice but sometimes a bit lofty.“
