Where will I be?

Azzurro has everything on its doorstep, including boutique clothing and surf shops, restaurants and cafes, bakery, newsagency, pizza take away and much more! Werri Beach is less than 1 kilometre away and the famous Seven Mile Beach at Gerroa is approximatley 5 kilometres drive. Local wineries and wedding venues are within an easy drive.

How is the property laid out?

Azzurro is a multi level apartment. The lower level has a large open plan kitchen, living and dining area with floor to window ceilings that take in the amazing views. The next level has the master with a king bed and an ensuite with a sauna, as well as the two other bedrooms and the main bathroom. The large media room is also on this level and is the perfect place to unwind. The upstairs 'attic' room has four king singles. There is a walkway with voids on either side (with safety railings) that leads to a small balcony.

WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV - will I have it?

This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.

What about outdoors?

The large, expansive deck at Azzurro is the perfect place to relax or enjoy a meal alfresco style. On a hot day, cool down in the rooftop pool. The master bedroom ensuite has a balcony and an outdoor shower - the perfect spot to wash off after a sauna. There is a small balcony upstairs that offers a fantastic view of Gerringong, Werri Beach and the rolling green hills.

Staying warm or keeping cool?

Azzurro has ducted reverse cycle air conditioning in the living area, master bedroom and loft room for year round comfort. The lounge has a gas fireplace that is perfect for cosy evenings.

What about sheets, towels and other supplies?

Sheets, pillows, blankets or doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please bring your favourite beach towels!

Parking for cars, boats etc?

Private parking in a secure garage is available for multiple cars

What are the minimum stay rules?

Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
Easter: 4 nights
Long Weekends: 3 nights
All other times: 2 nights

Are there any special Summer Season rules?

Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
