„The apartment was just as advertised. We liked its charm and the quirks of staying in a cute little row house. We got metro/bus passes and enjoyed getting to know DC as locals. We walked 5-8 min to the NoMa Metro stop on the Red line every morning, took the metro and bus everywhere we wanted to go and walked back home from the Metro station each night. „The location was perfect for us. The rooms on the third floor were quiet and private very clean. The bed was quite comfortable. Martin, the host, was courteous and genuinely helpful. Adding another reading light so there is one for each side of the bed would be an improvement for the room. “

The host provided clean and comfortable bedding, towels, and toiletries. The location was perfect and convenient to all major highways, with plenty of parking. “

„Very nice clean property in the basement of a beautiful home in the woods. Was very comfortable. Plenty of space for all of us. Private entrance was nice. Small kitchen area was perfect for what we needed. Owner was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. Was close enough to anything we wanted to see or do. Close to airport for travel. Very nice place to stay. Thank you!“

„Near new small house with all the necessities and some nice extras. Stayed for nearly a month and was very comfortable. Jeff is an exceptional host. Location is on a quiet street. You just can’t go wrong if you stay here for work or pleasure.“

"Dies war mein 2. Aufenthalt in einem citizenM und ich habe es auch diesmal sehr genossen obwohl man ja eigentlich nur den ganzen Tag auf Tour ist. Alles super komfortabel und was man braucht vorhanden. Die Lage ist super um die Stadt zu erobern. Eine Metro St. ist wenige Minuten entfernt. Die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten kann ma gut zu Fuß erreichen. Ich für meinen Teil würde hier wieder einchecken. "

"Die Sauberkeit war gegeben aber alles ist schon ein wenig in die Tage gekommen. Die Motivationskurve der Mitarbeiter ist recht flach. Die Frühstücksvoucher mussten erst - für die Tage einzeln - eingefordert werden. Die von Hotels.com bei der Buchung ausgewiesene Weinflasche gab’s auch nicht. Die Lage ist aber recht gut. Es gibt genügend Restaurants in der Gegend. Über die Kosten in Washington muss man nicht reden. "
