"Mitarbeiter Mustafa im Restaurant Bereich war sehr zuvorkommend, Hilfsbereit und sympathisch. Die Dame im Spa Bereich war nicht so Freundlich. Ansonsten war es im großen ganzen Okay.."

"We have been here many times. We love the kindness of the staff and how hard they are working to accommodate all requests. However I think there was staff shortage and being served to the table at the bar seems impossible. Also quality of the food buffet seems to have declined compared to prior visits. I however want to thank the ladies at the reception they gave us the room we wanted."
