LOWER LEVEL:
Full games room with lounge, TV, dart board and additional fridge. Lake access and hot tub steps away.

House Rules

- Maximum 6 occupants at all times
- No parties or gatherings beyond registered guests
Quiet hours after 11pm — please respect our long-time neighbours
- No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property
- No fireworks
- No Pets of any type

Outdoors

- No campfires during active fire bans — check Muskoka Lakes website before your stay
- Always fully extinguish fires before bed or leaving the property
- Do not leave food outside

Parking

-Up to 7 vehicles on gravel driveway

- 2 Smart TVs in living room and basement lounge area — log into your own streaming accounts (Netflix, Disney+, etc.)
