AMENITIES: Sweetgrass Cottage features a beautifully updated interior with a modern, fully equipped kitchen, espresso maker, dining area, elegant primary suite, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, WiFi, YouTube TV, two TVs, central air conditioning, washer and dryer, and two gas fireplaces. Outdoor spaces include a spacious front porch with rocking chairs, a screened porch overlooking the peaceful wildlife pond, a covered outdoor sitting area, and an outdoor grill. Guests will also enjoy a luxury linen package with premade beds. The private driveway provides parking for 3 to 4 vehicles, with additional space for boat trailers to the left of the house in the large parking area near the pond. Please note that the garage is not available for guest use. Guests may access the landing area next to the kitchen door, where the washer and dryer are located.

The closest to Sweetgrass Cottage is the Carroll Ashmore Campbell Marine Complex, located less than a mile from the cottage, just off Highway 17 on Riverwalk Drive. It provides convenient access to the area's waterways for guests bringing a boat.

ACTIVITIES: Explore local museums, historic homes, and waterfront history that showcase the charm and character of Georgetown's Historic District. Enjoy water adventures, including fishing charters, boat tours, dolphin cruises, kayaking, paddleboarding, and sunset cruises along the rivers and marshes. CANCELLATION POLICY: Any cancellation on the part of the Guest will result in the forfeiture of any deposits or payments, which will be retained by the Agent and Owner as liquidated damages, unless the Guest has purchased Vacation Travel Protection and qualifies under such program. Only if the property is re-rented for the same rental term, at the same rate, will the full rental deposit be refunded, less a Reservation Services charge 4.75% of the total reservation amount. Guest may not sublet or assign this Rental Agreement without the express written consent of Agent. Transfers to another unit are considered cancellations. Guests reserving accommodations enter into an agreement (with Peace Vacations as agent) with a particular property Owner, for a particular property. Transfers are allowed only if the property is re-rented for the same rental term, at the same rate, before the deposit is transferred to the new reservation.
