„The hotel was a disappointment. Looks fancy and new, but it’s not welcoming at all. We arrived at 5.00 pm and our room wasn’t ready for another 40 minutes. The regular check in time is 02.00 pm, we had our reservation for over 2 weeks. Our King size bed room view was to the highway and we could hear it all night. „ This was a poir experience as a result of no heat in our rooms. 62 degrees inside is not acceptable. Called three times regarding this matter 3 times I was told the wife would bump up the heat. Never happened. The bed lacked a nice warm blanket in such a cold environment. The cheif on vacation and meal vouchers to a texmex restaurant which was fair.“
