„My family stayed here for it's proximity to Rice. It's really convenient to the school with plenty of restaurants in the area. The condo is really clean and well furnished. The microwave failed during our stay and the manager promptly brought in a microwave for the stay.“

„Cleaning should be better - especially air ducts of AC have been extremely dirty! Pictures in Internet look really nice - actually it does not look that good... ;-( Bed is super old and uncomfortable Laundry detergent tabs, dish washer tabs and coffee tabs are only a few available ... as well as toilette paper... Communication with customer support was initially working after a few days this stopped entirely!?! A package of mine was lost by them... ?!“
