„As soon as we walked in my husband could smell cigarette smoke. When we got home any clothing we wore smelled of smoke also. It was listed as non smoking but there were rule breakers there sometime The house itself is nice and it was clean. Host provided just about anything you can think of. He also made a trip out to the house to help us with the WiFi. Home is very remote so it can be spotty at times. He also put a new filter in the air conditioner. Great host! „We had a very short visit at this property but would have been happy staying much longer. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking all types of meals, there was a full size washer & dryer and the beds were comfy. Great little touches, like board games and a selection of DVDs and an outdoor fire pit (bring your own wood) with seating and an outdoor grill. Nice yard for the kids to run around, play catch, etc. Even though it was on a main road, it was very quiet.“

„Enjoyed our ten day stay near downtown Newburgh. The house has been beautifully updated and decorated with touches of when it was built. Gorgeous kitchen furnished with many small appliances and anything you might need. Nice comfortable beds. Proximity to walking to restaurants and the river walk was perfect.
