A stay in our 4-bedroom home will provide you with quick access to all the Geneva/Ashtabula County area has to offer. Located in downtown Geneva, you can walk across the street to enjoy a glass of wine at Old Mill Winery. Or wake up to a fresh roasted cup of coffee at Scribblers, just 3 doors down from our home. Walk two blocks into downtown Geneva to explore shops and restaurants, including the new Darkroom Brewery.

The summer resort town of Geneva on the Lake is a quick 5-minute drive to the north. The home is surrounded by local wineries, breweries, and distilleries - over 25 in a 20-mile radius of the home. The world-renowned Spire Institute is located just 3 miles south of our home.

Don't feel like going out? Need to relax after a busy day? Gather and make meals in the fully stocked kitchen with island seating for 12. Enjoy a movie in the cozy living or warm up with a fire in the fire pit. Dine alfresco on the covered patio after grilling on the provided grill.

The upstairs bedrooms and bathroom were added in 2022. The open concept kitchen/living were also renovated and updated in 2022. The two king beds downstairs and four queen beds upstairs offer a great night's rest with all linens, pillows, and blankets provided. The open kitchen is fully stocked for your culinary pleasure. The large island is perfect for a family or couple gathering.

HOUSE RULES:
We love our vacation home. We ask that our guests love it too. No smoking of any kind (cigarettes, cigars, vapes, etc.) is allowed on the property. Primary guest must be 25 years old in order to rent the property. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. No pets of any kind are allowed on the property.
