„Hosts were very welcoming and communicated well. House was big but did not sleep 10 as stated- 2 people would have had to sleep on a run down couch. Luckily we had family nearby that could accommodate extra guests. Slight smell of dog in certain areas was not pleasant. We only slept there so it served our purpose well enough. “

„To begin with, the write up for this rental property was advertised as a Charming 3-bedroom house. The 3 bedroom was correct, but it was far from charming. There was a lot of deferred maintenance on the property, from cracked broken floor tiles in the bathroom, which one could cut their bare feet on, the floor boards in the dining area that were loose and lifting up, a back storm door that was broken and would not close properly to the walls that were in need of a fresh coat of paint. PROs: Location, Access to property, and parking CONS: Property not cleaned before checkin, Trash still in can, dishes in dishwasher, dirty film on surfaces, dirty sinks, rings in toilets, debris/dead bugs on floors, nasty build up on keypad-thermostat-switch plates, crumbs on rug, rug itself GROSS—matted down with filth, random junk/trash in cabinets&drawers, INCLUDING A USED TUBE OF MALE ENHANCEMENT CREAM!! „Excellent host, very quick to respond.This was a great experience and one that we will do again. We had several unexpected happenings, but we still enjoyed ourselves. The house/camp could use some work, not fully as it looked in the pictures. The location is almost the end of the road so the boating traffic can get overwhelming when fishing. Early morning and late evenings were the best as the peace and quiet were refreshing.We enjoyed dinner at the local bar and grill…excellent food. And ...
