Small amount of maintenance would have made it perfect, e.g. screen door repair, rubbish left in inside bin, cutlery dirty, clean windows and remove spider webs. Had a great catchup with family. „The property was situated in a convenient location which was close to the venue for the national basketball competition our kids were attending. Plenty of room in the house for 7 of us. Close to public transport which was convenient for us. Nice home and tidy. The only downside was that it is near a busy intersection and the traffic at night was loud, but I'm a light sleeper so for anyone that sleeps soundly it wouldn't be an issue. We enjoyed our stay there.“

„I won't be back. All the kitchen stuff is housed IN THE TOILET/BATHROOM and the shower very clearly had not been cleaned in some time. So toaster/kettle/cups/plates are in this unclean bathroom area, cleaned only by previous guests, in the toilet sink. Not sure that can pass any kind of health code. I also got 3 seperate emails about 'cleaning expectations', had to strip the beds myself etc, lots of indications as to how I can be charged in case I don't leave the property exactly how they want ...

„Murray was a fantastic host. Check in was simple. We had plenty of room for 3 couples and 3 children, and one single! Quiet property 2 mins from ocean grove centre. Clean property with all necessary requirements for children and adults. Family friendly with plenty to do- the board games were a hit. Easy walk to the Garage Cafe! Thanks Murray! “
