Everyone was so friendly and the owner popped us in her car unexpectedly to see her favorite cherry blossoms at night. The room was extremely comfortable and well equipped. We loved it!“

„Beautiful hotel, but it was a bit of a walk from the bus station if you’re going into Hakone. Be sure to call the hotel to have a shuttle pick you up from the nearest shuttle stop, which is down the hill from the property. Stuff that was super nice although they didn’t know too much about the tourist bus lines-recommend getting a hug Kone 1 to 3 day pass if you’re staying longer. „Actual property and room were amazing. It was very large for Japan and everything was new. It felt like a nice modern apartment but had a sauna, onsen, and footbath! Onsen was very nice and while not outside, you could open the large window for some cool air. The room really was far beyond my expectations.
