The Space:

The interior has been designed with the comfort of our guests in mind. There is a spacious double bed, which will ensure a good night's sleep, as well as a small, fold-out sofa, ideal for relaxing during the day. The kitchenette is fully equipped, which allows you to prepare your favorite meals in a homely atmosphere. The bathroom has a shower and toilet, ensuring comfort and privacy.



An additional advantage of the apartment is the balcony, where you can drink your morning coffee or relax after a day full of excitement.



Guest Access:

A huge advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area – consisting of a children's playroom, a gym, and an additional fee-based sauna.



The building also features an underground garage that allows access for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also accommodates vehicles equipped with LPG systems. Parking spaces are limited, and availability is, unfortunately, limited. Parking space rental costs PLN 5 per hour or PLN 40 per day.

The Nadmotławie 61 Apartment is located in a modern apartment building commissioned in December 2020. It is located right next to the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. The area around the apartment is only just beginning its revitalization period, but on the way to the Old Town we will constantly be accompanied by the view of the river, the marina or the tenement houses of the Old Town.
