The apartment was clean and well equipped. Its location is opposite big construction with heavy equipment operating, digging a hole for a foundation of anew set of apartments. We had a problem in our bathroom, from the toilet was coming awful odor and it was hard to use it. We had to keep the door of the bathroom closed at all times otherwise the whole apartment would stink. Parking is on the two level operating platforms with two cars being on top and two below. You have to make sure that the vehicle is safely parked with blocks installed at each wheel so when lowering or lifting the platform it would not damage your car. We found it very dangerous and parked the car in the limited, tight area of the main entrance to the building.
We have filed a complaint with regard to bathroom issues but Expedia advised us to wait for the compensation at least 72 hours. After the time lapsed the renters send us a note that there is no odor in the bathroom and they found nothing wrong. When we reported the problem we have received a text message with admission of the problem in the main plumbing system of the entire building so we understood that the problem is universal and needs to be addressed, which was later denied.
