- The seasonal pools are only open Memorial Day-Labor Day. The community pickleball and basketball courts are open year round and it's recommended you bring your own equipment
- Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras: 2 cameras are on the front of the home facing the driveway and yard, and 1 camera is on the back of the home facing the back of the property. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. They record video and sound when activated by motion
- This multi-level home requires 2 steps to enter and interior stairs to access the bedrooms located on the upper and lower levels
- The home is treated regularly by a pest control company to ensure that it is well taken care of. If you should find dead insects in the home it signifies that our pest control company has done its job. If you find a few live bugs, please do not be alarmed. This is quite common in the mountains and woods especially if a door is left open for any length of time. You may see ladybugs, cluster flies, carpenter bees, other insects, and black bears. If you fear bugs, please consider this when booking our home
