The Space:
When you pull in, you have covered parking, which is unusual for any mountain house in Gatlinburg. There is enough additional private parking to accommodate 7 cars total. You will also have access to three neighborhood pools and a basketball and tennis court (soon to be converted to pickle ball)!

The Neighborhood:
This property is located in the Cobbly Nob neighborhood. This is one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in all of Gatlinburg. Every street is loaded with expansive mountain views. Black bears frequent the neighborhood and you may be lucky enough to see a few bears during your stay! The neighborhood provides 3 community pools that guests have access during the summer season. One of these pools is heated. We are located about 20 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg and the entrance to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park and about 40 minutes from Dollywood.

Getting Around:
In the house, we provide a detailed guestbook. This includes local recommendations and our favorite hikes. We also include the closest grocery stores, etc.

Other Things to Note:
Minimum age to book is 21 years or older.

Pets are welcome for a $250 per stay for one pet and an additional $100 for any other pet accompanying.

GUEST VERIFICATION:
To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.

Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:
- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.
- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.
- Paying a non-refundable $55 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out.

The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!

We are available anytime to answer questions about the house and immediately address any issues with the house! We prefer to keep all communication through the Airbnb messaging app, but do provide our personal phone numbers, should you need to contact us directly.
