Poolin’ Around is located in Gatlinburg near Anakeesta. Less than a mile from the strip and all the action.
Guests will have access to the whole cabin. Parking can accommodate 4 vehicles max.
Poolin’ Around is packed with amenities that once you arrive you may not want to leave. The indoor heated swimming pool located on the lower level is heated year round and maintained and serviced by a professional pool company.

* Bedroom 3: Has 2 sets of custom made KING (4 ) size bunk beds and sleeps up to 8 adults comfortably, and has its own full bathroom.

* Hot Tub and fire pit
CABIN IS IN WALKING DISTANCE TO THE STRIP. THE WALK DOWN IS EASY BUT THE WALK BACK IS STEEP but DOABLE.
* LOWER LEVEL IS ACCESSIBLE WITHOUT STAIRS.
* Please remember you are staying in a cabin and not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. And if any problems arise, please let me know as soon as possible.
* This is a privately owned home, and therefore sometimes appliances or household systems (HVAC, Plumbing, etc) may unexpectedly malfunction. While we will do everything in our power to address any functionality issues as quickly as possible, please understand refunds, cancellations, or alternate accommodations will only be offered if property is deemed uninhabitable. By booking this reservation, you agree to the additional policies, terms, and conditions below.
~ All guests shall not engage in illegal activity.
~ NO SMOKING of any kind is permitted. There will be an additional cleaning fee of $500 if smoking inside property is found. So PLEASE don't do it.
~ NO GLASS IN THE POOL ROOM OR HOT TUB! Guests will be fined the cost of draining, cleaning, and refilling the pool in the case that broken glass occurs.
~ Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed.
~ Due to close proximity to the National Park, we have a large population of insects, including ladybugs, house flies, stink bugs, millipedes, carpenter bees, and wasps. Although the property is treated regularly by a professional pest control company, the city and park areas are not. During various times of the year, these insects may find their way into property.
~ BEARS, RACCOONS, and other WILDLIFE are common around cabin during different times of the year. Please be careful not to leave any food/drinks/coolers/trash/etc outside or in your car and do not approach wildlife. By renting our property, you assume all responsibility for damages, injury and risk to yourself and underage persons.
Pet Policy:
Dog must be potty trained, crate trained, and crated when left home alone.
Non refundable $150 pet fee.
This fee covers additional cleaning costs and any potential wear-and-tear caused by pets during the stay.
Dog Rules:
Certain breeds may be restricted due to insurance policies. Please inquire before booking.
Maximum of 2 dogs
Supervision:
Dogs must be crated when left unattended in the cabin. Please do not have dogs on furniture or in beds. If your dog is use to bed privileges then please bring your own quilt or comforter and remove the one on bed currently. Dog hair is incredibly hard to get out of quilts and blankets and when linens are bagged together to take offsite it creates a nightmare of dog hair.
Leash Policy:
Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times while outside the property.
Clean Up:
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs, including disposing of waste in designated areas.
Damage Responsiblity:
Guests will be help financially responsible for any damage caused by their dogs. This includes furniture, rugs, and any other property items. Please keep pets out of pool room.IMPORTANT DETAILS:
~ We rely on our guests to be good neighbors and be respectful.
~ Please remember there is a risk associated when using a hot tub, so use at own risk. Please no food or drink in the hot tub.
~ Hot Tub covers are for insulation purposes and may not be stood on, as they will break.
~ Please keep cover on when not using the hot tub. Also, after hot tub is drained and refilled after guest, it takes up to 6 hours to get warm again.
~ Guests will be expected to clean up spills and messes they make and throw trash in the trash can.
