„This was our first stay in Exmouth as a family. The Villa was perfect for what we needed. Self contained with all cooking gear we needed. We didn’t spend much time inside. Check in directions were straight forward and easy to follow. Local shops are a 5 minute walk down the road with coffee shops. Iga and the local pub with some retailers. The location is perfect. The property doesn’t have a pool but the local community pool is right next door “

„Easy check in, although the pictures were misleading. Main one being, in order to get into the main bedroom you have to go through the bathroom. This is quite an awkward set up and is not ideal. The bathroom itself was dirty as you can see in the photos the shelf above the sink was on its last legs and the shower was raised and supported by blocks. „Quiet location, very convenient for walking to the supermarkets and cafes. Bed is on the hard side. Air conditioning can't go below 24 degrees and is noisy to run. Plenty of room to do yoga. Nice shower. Inner front door is hard to use, needs a bit of maintenance. Decent sized fridge. Good microwave. Old stove.“

„Fully self-contained unit had everything we could have asked for, and within a few minutes walk of the town centre. Chatting to locals, we realised the historical importance of the building we were in - having once been the mess hall for American military officers, during WWII.“

„This unit is in a great position and you can easily walk to town or to dinner. The unit has everything you need and is decorated nicely but was very disappointing in that it has not been maintained at all. Where a skirting board had fallen off it was not replaced. The sliding door rollers have worn out and need to be replaced too. The bathroom cupboards are falling apart and the shower screen is black at the bottom with scale buildup. „I would highly recommend staying at this location IF the construction next door is finished. (And I think it’s going to be a while). Most days I was out early, but on the last day of my visit, it was raining and I had to take a day between scuba diving and flying and the extremely loud construction started at 6:50am, and did not stop until after 4pm. I couldn’t be in the unit during those hours. Not even with earplugs.“
