The home is great, has everything you need and is central to almost everything in Niles. There is a convenience store right across the street for quick things you may need, a Dunkin Donuts right down the street, and a local gym just a minute's drive away next to Dunkin. My wife's father's side of the family is from Niles and we will stay here ...

„Jazz was a good host, responsive to my questions. The outdoor furniture was not set up as shown in the pictures but it was early April, and Jazz brought out the gas grill when I asked. His home is convenient to the highway and a great place from which to view the eclipse. There were rules, such as no pets, no shoes in the home, and stripping the beds I haven’t had to do in other rentals but overall it was a great place to stay.“
