„Der Anfang war etwas holprig/schwierig, da anfänglich niemand vor Ort war. Wir checkten dann unsere Mails (zum Glück war uns dies möglich im Ausland) und fanden den Zugangscode dort. Ich erhielt keine Pushmeldung deswegen von Hotel.com. In den Ferien checke ich meine Mails nicht regelmässig. Nicht alle Reisenden haben Daten im Ausland und können überhaupt ihre Mails per Handy checken. Deshalb ist diese Art des Check ins nicht praktisch und stressig.
