Inside, kick back and relax in the living room with plenty of seating options and a Smart TV for entertainment. For additional recreation, head to the game room, complete with a wet bar, and FOUR more Smart TVs, a Golden Tee game console, and a Wii. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare delicious meals or the perfect cup of coffee during your stay. Share the meals in the dining room with lake views and an additional bar.

When it is time to turn in for the night, choose one of our 5 bedrooms.
(1) The primary bedroom is upstairs and features a King-size bed, deck access, a Smart TV, and an en suite bathroom that boasts a large soaking tub.
(2) Our second bedroom is upstairs and has a King bed and en suite bathroom.
(3) Downstairs, our third bedroom has a Queen bed and en suite bathroom.
(4) Our fourth bedroom is also downstairs and has a Queen Bed and two Twin bunk beds and a nearby shared bathroom.
(5) Our fifth bedroom is also downstairs and has a Queen Bed and two Twin bunk beds and a nearby shared bathroom.

Guest Access & Amenities:
Guests will have access to the entire pictured house (expect 3 locked closets), all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

The Neighborhood:
Our house is located in the small, rural town of Garfield and has direct access to Beaver Lake.

Getting Around:
The house is located off a steep gravel road, 4-wheel drive is recommended.

Other Things to Note:
★ The driveway is steep, so a 4-wheel drive vehicle is recommended.
★ Lake is accessible by going down the stairs to the shoreline.
★ Please exercise caution to avoid creating overly large fires in either fire pit. Kindly refrain from lighting any fires during July or August.
★ Water levels are subject to change at any time due to environmental factors outside of the host’s control which may impact the accessibility and appearance of the lake. Cancelations due to water levels will not be honored outside of the cancelation policy. Guests are solely responsible for preparing for their stays accordingly by checking water levels ahead of their stays.

House Rules that are strictly enforced:
- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.
- Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000.
- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
