We had some trouble getting into the apartment with the codes. The people told us we would get a code 24 hours in advance and they never gave it to me. I had to contact them to get it.“

„We had a wonderful time in an interesting place. POSITIVE: Plenty of space, plentiful hot water, first-rate shower-head, basic snack set up with frig, microwave, a big sink area (but with one sink out-of-commission), a comfortable bed, TV, and off-street parking. BUT: Almost nothing is new and you have to co-exist with some supplies like (a mountain of fresh) towels. There is useable desk space, plenty of chairs for a couple, lots of kitchen hardware including a coffee pot with LOTS of coffee, ...

„The surrounding are and location were ideal for us to be close to our father who was having open heart surgery at UH Medical Center. They were gracious to permit an early check in. The hot tub, massage recliner & use of washer and dryer were exactly what we needed during this stressful time and the home owners was super friendly during our brief interactions. We can’t recommend this place enough!!!! “

„We were only here for one night and it certainly was a big enough place for us. The problems are basically related to it being an old house and it just needing updating. Doors don't really close, windows are leaky and don't block outside sounds, the carpet throughout is aged as well, towels were also in rough shape. It could be a much nicer place. It wouldn't be our first choice if we were in the area again, but it also isn't a bad choice. “

„The accommodation books money from the credit card without permission and nobody cares that you get the money back. Neither the accommodation nor Expedia! 300€ gone! There were only excuses from both sides. In addition, the room was dirty and there was a constant squeaking noise in the bathroom. Annoying and impossible to switch off. Bed in master bedroom causes back pain! Dirty kitchen cupboards. No thanks! “

„This was a convenient place to stay for our overnight trip, since it was close to the waterfront and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. We were comfortable and found the side street to be quiet at night giving way to lots of chirping birds in the morning. We both agreed it reminded us of our own grandmothers’ home. Very eclectic, good directions and reminders of how to use the space when we were done. “

„This was close to the airport which was exactly what we needed. Excellent communication from host. She was fabulous. The house was clean and remodeled. My kids loved the game room. There were thoughtful touches such as snacks and coffee and a label on the touch lamp so you knew how to work it. We had a great stay and I would highly recommend this house.“
