„Was a clean place to stay for the night. They had no ice thought and the vanity light was terrible. Not very well lit.“

„The facility was poorly laid out. Our room was poorly lit. The electrical outlet in the bathroom did not work. We had a 2 night stay but did not receive housekeeping service. We had to seek additional coffee supplies due to no housekeeping service. There were a lot of attractions within walking distance of hotel. The parking was not convenient to hotel which was across the street. It was difficult to bring our luggage from parking garage to check-in (front desk)“

„Newer hotel and convenient to get to off the highway. Room was clean and spacious. Nice breakfast area and good selection. From the Time we stepped into the lobby until we left the entire staff was helpful and courteous. Huge indoor pool/hot tub area. Great place to stay in between Green Bay and Appleton. Will definitely stay there again. “

„The beds were very comfortable. The remote was old and just about worn out. No fan in bathroom. Very humid in the room after showers.“

„The pool area is great but you could tell it was not swept daily. There were leaves all over the floor umbrella for tables. Most time we used the hot tub or pool the were no clean towels. Our room was great except that there was take out food in the microwave when we arrived and dirt wash rags still in the bathroom. I brought it to management attention and it was taken care of right away along with the clogged tub and bathroom sink.“

„Everything was great for most part. Bathroom sink woundnt drain I told the morning staff the 1st day but I don’t think it got passed along. I was there 4 days and 3 nights and it was never resolved.“

„Everything was great. Clean, neat, good staff. Breakfast was decent. Bathroom was good too. Only one problem was the fire alarm went off around 2 or 3 in the morning. Was extremely loud and kind of scary sounding. Then it didn't continue. Kind of unnerving so we checked outside and hallways to see if there was a fire but didn't know what was going on. Seemed ok so went back to bed. Apparently in the morning they told us that someone was smoking in their room & they were kicked out. Otherwise ...
