„I was a little apprehensive about booking this place when I saw the pullout bed but I stand corrected. It was surprisingly comfortable and we had no trouble sleeping. Our hosts went above and beyond to ensure our stay was the best it could be and we very much appreciated their efforts. We have no trouble in recommending this affordable apartment “

He gave us wonderful recommendations for food and how to access the Metro - it's so convenient and the quickest way to get around. We so appreciated all the kindness Alessio showed us even gave us a warm welcome, some tasty local pastries and a helpful send off. We would love to visit again, but until then, we would recommend this as a stay for anyone!“

Very simple hygiene standards were not met, the owner was unavailable by text and call and also the WiFi did not work, which was inconvenient because it is a cellar apartment and there is barely any reception. By far the worst of all were the clearly mouldy walls. A health risk that the very nice though equally unhelpful FeWo-Hotline did not find high enough. My lawyer did advise me that a lawsuit would be a waste of time and money. We were not able to cancel the ...

„Water in bathroom had to call in no plumber for two days no according to representative . Limited supply of towels. 1 1/2 rolls of toilet paper for 6 days. After plumber came problem still persisted. Your feet get wet when go to toilet. Welcome kit not complete. Communication between representative was not up to par. Basically had to beg to get cleaning lady in.“

„Wohnung gross, sehr angenehm, war sehr sauber bei Antritt. Schöne Möbel, viel Platz, etliche kleine Dinge, die nicht 100% i.O. sind, z.B. die Handgriffe an den Balkontüren. Duschen ist halbwegs eine Kunst, weil die Mischung von Kalt- und Heisswasser sehr viel Verzögerung hat. Echt unzufrieden war ich mit dem Prozedere: Am Abend vorher kam ein Formular, das man für den ital. Staat ausfüllen muss, inkl. Hochladen von Bildern der Pässe. Es kam mit der lokalen Steuer, die zu entrichten ist, und ...

„The property was very spacious and stocked well with essentials. The hosts were awesome , responsive and kind! We definitely recommend staying here. You can take a scooter and go down to Trevi and other spots if you are a good navigator and that's what our group did ! It was fun. We slept well and were comfortable in the house. “

„This hotel was a pleasant surprise. After reading some bad reviews I was a bit afraid, but it was completely the opposite, the appartment is very modern and cleaned, and the area is safe and closed to the city center. This has been my best experience in Rome so far (if you have been there before, you should already know how hard is to fine something good for an affordable price), with value for money, I can definitely recommend! “

„Ich war doch schon sehr erstaunt, dass ich für ein Spiegelei zum Frühstück extra bezahlen sollte, weil nur Rührei der Standard ist. Die Küchenmöbel waren stark reparaturbedürftig. Es gibt kein Restaurant im Hotel und auch die Poolbar mit begrenztem Snackangebot schließt bei unbeständigen Wetterverhältnissen.“

"We really enjoyed our stay. The location is great, just 10 minutes from the Termini train station and right next to Vittorio Emanuele subway station. The staff was very nice! And the water cooler on every floor was a treat. There are great possibilites for breakfast or lunch nearby. The hotel is ideal for a city trip and we would choose it again on our next trip to Rome. "
