"First of all there was absolutely no wi-fi. There's a sign telling you that the exercise room is on the fifth floor when you get up to the fifth floor the sign says exercise room on the first floor. None of the ice machines worked. Half of the pop machines work. All doors were left open at all times ..."

"All in all my family had a good time. The place is okay. Maybe needs some updates on certain things and we definitely liked having our room changed from the 4th floor to the 2nd. We liked that our dog was welcome and we liked the location."
