A grand hotel with not so knowledgeable front desk clerk. I made a reservation for three, and the clerk was talking to me as if I made a reservation for two and brought an extra person at the last minute. She told me that "this time we will let go but next time there will be an extra charge."
Anyway, the welcoming at the front desk didn’t go well as "welcoming" as it should be but I let it go.
Since we didn’t get to the hotel until much later, we called the front desk to get some guidance for a place to eat. She said that every thing in the hotel is closed so if we need to get food, we had to go outside of the hotel. Once I came downstairs to explore the area, there were places in the hotel lobby that served food.
I decided to try their dinner buffet following evening, located on the 20th floor of the hotel. I paid 120,000 korean won, about $110.00 per pserson. I was hoping to enjoy crab legs but was so disappointed with dry crab meat. Sashimi and sushi were good but galbee marinated beef were tough, and difficul to chew,
Shrimp were overcooked. Definitely not worth spending that kind of money.
