The rooms, lobby, hallway, bathroom were very dirty, not cleaned, filled with junks in the hallway and dirty linens. Will not recommend anyone.“

„Pathetic property ever visited such a unclean unhygienic property.“

„I would NOT recommend this hotel, the staff is very friendly but looked under pressure to follow certain things rather than providing good customer service. 1. it is on exhibition road where you may get stuck in traffic at certain times so if you are trying to catch a flight, it is very in predictable. 2. My family living in patna in order to visit us was asked for their ID and also told that they cannot give outside food - later they had me sign a waiver form - you cannot even do swiggy or ...
