Must be 25YO or older to book. All guest must be 25YO or accompanied by parent. Absolutely no house parties allowed. No unauthorized guest at anytime. No more guest in room than room sleeps at anytime. Respect other guest. Violation of any of these house rules will result in removal from the property without refund.
