Explore nearby Moody Gardens & Schlitterbahn (8 min away) and create lasting memories at The Good Life!

Location: Centrally located on Galveston Island, just 8 minutes from Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn!

Beach access: Less than a 5 minute drive from the beaches at the Seawall.

Private pool: We have a Cowboy soaking pool on the ground level that can comfortably fit up to 8 people when it's time to relax and cool off.

WIFI: Free high-speed WIFI is available throughout the home.

Cable: We provide Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own Amazon Prime, Netflix, or other streaming service apps as well.

Pet policy: Up to 3 pets are welcome in our home with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if you’re planning on bringing your furry friend!

Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 16 guests must be approved prior to booking.

Parking: There is room for up to 10 cars in the front/side driveway.

Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals, while the multiple dining areas provide ample space to share them. Comfortable sleeping arrangements include seven bedrooms in the main house, offering a variety of bed configurations from kings and queens to singles and doubles. The guest house provides additional space with a bedroom featuring a double bed and three singles.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 16 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- Prom groups / school related stays must be approved.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
