Nestled along the canal with direct access to the bay, this stunning vacation home is designed for guests who love life on the water. The private pool is great for keeping cool during a Texas summer, while the private dock and easy bay access make it the perfect home base for fishing from the dock or time spent out on the water in your boat.

Plus, with four spacious bedrooms—three king rooms and a fourth with two queen beds—there’s plenty of space for families and friends to spread out and unwind.

The ground level is an outdoor oasis, perfect for entertaining. Spend your days soaking in the private pool while watching boats glide by. The finished patio features an outdoor bar with a TV and mini fridge, making it easy to grab a cold drink while grilling up fresh seafood on the BBQ.

A picnic table offers a casual dining spot, while a dartboard invites a little friendly competition. With a full bath conveniently located on this level, you won’t have to go far to rinse off after a dip in the pool or a day spent out on the boat.

Inside, the main level’s open-concept design creates a welcoming space with a vaulted ceiling, plush seating, a large TV, and a foosball table for added fun.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, ample counter and cabinet space, and a breakfast bar for casual bites. Just beyond, the dining area seats 8 and opens onto a partially covered deck—ideal for morning coffee or evening cocktails with waterfront views.

This level also features two king bedrooms, including the primary suite with deck access, a TV, and an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower. A second full bath off the hall has a tub/shower combo and is right next to the second king bedroom.

Upstairs, two more well-appointed bedrooms provide a comfortable retreat. One features a king bed, while the other offers two queens, making it a great space for kids or extra guests. A shared full bath with a tub and shower combo completes the upper level.

With central A/C, ceiling fans throughout, and multiple TVs, The Marina House ensures a comfortable stay in any season.

Outside, two spacious decks provide the perfect setting to enjoy the sea breeze and scenic views. The private boat dock makes launching water adventures effortless, while easy access to the bay ensures prime fishing and boating opportunities. NOTE there are no green fishing lights at the home. Amazon sells portable ones for $20-$70.

Occupancy Policy
We aim to keep the home affordable for smaller groups. Therefore, there is an additional charge of $25 per night for each guest beyond 8 (regardless of age) and applies to the entire reservation. Please ensure your guest count is accurate when booking.

An additional fee of $50 per guest per night will be charged if the number of over-night guests exceeds the number on the reservation. Exceeding property max will result in eviction without a refund. Maximum combined guests and visitors during the day is 12 including children.

Parking
Depending on the size of the vehicles, the driveway can accommodate four vehicles. No parking permitted on the grass. Carpooling is recommended.

Pet Policy
Fully house-trained adult dogs are allowed to a max of two and max 50lbs each - NO exceptions - $95 non-refundable pet fee per dog per stay. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after (doggie bags provided) and are in a kennel if left alone inside the home. Only dogs are allowed - no other types of pets.

An additional fee of $100 per pet in addition to the standard pet fee will be charged and/or eviction without a refund for undisclosed pets.

Service Dogs - Texas House Bill 4164 penalties for falsely representing an animal as a service animal is a misdemeanor punishable by up to a $1000 fine and 30 hours of community service.
