Sea Star Tides is a beautiful two bedroom two bathroom home that is located right off the seawall! Walk out the backyard and 15 seconds down the alley, cross Seawall Blvd., and your toes will be in the sand! The beach doesn't get much closer than at Sea Star Tides.

The home has a cheerful open concept living area where you'll find the kitchen, living room, and dining area. Best of all, it's clean!

The master bedroom is located in the back of the home allowing optimal privacy form all the happenings in the living area. And of course only a King bed will do! The master ensuite features a tile walk in shower with enough room for two ;) The walk in closet has plenty of space for your luggage and is equipped with hangers and a luggage rack.

The guest or secondary bedroom is furnished with a King bed as well!

Home can sleep up to four guests between the two bedrooms/king beds.

The second/guest bathroom is located off the back hall and has a shower/tub combination.

A dedicated laundry closet is located right off the kitchen and has a stacked washer and dryer.

Smart TV's are located in both bedrooms and the living room so everyone can enjoy their favorite streaming services.

A secure private oversized one car garage is accessed by the alley which can be accessed directly from the seawall. Large SUVs and trucks will not fit inside. The garage and alley can be access through a fence gate on the East side of the garage. On street parking is allowed with a permit which comes with the home.

Fully fenced front and backyard offers lots of privacy.

Be sure to relax on the covered front porch (with two cozy chairs) while you enjoy your morning coffee.

The backyard has no grass and has a patio table with seating for four. You'll also find a hose for rinsing off sand from your morning walk on the beach!

Family friendly games for game night are found in the living area.

Guests are given a 'starter kit' of basic soaps and detergent, toilet paper, and paper towels.

*Rental Agreement outlining House Rules is available for review prior to booking completion on Step 2 of 3 in the booking process under the "House Rules" section. Please note that this must be signed within 24 hours of reservation. Additionally, you will not be sent the access information for the home until the Agreement is completed.
