• All new same day reservations may require a min 8 hour lead time. Check ins after 10PM must be approved prior to making reservation
• Hours of operation of attractions vary. Please check weather and times of operation of amusement parks before arrival. We provide 4 bath towels, paper towels, 2 rolls of bath tissue. Please bring your own soaps, wash cloths and shampoos etc. No extra beds allowed. All personal items such as clothing etc should be stored properly & off floors to prevent potential damage (luggage racks are also provided to prevent any potential damage). This unit does not have a dedicated work space, has shared WIFI (not intended for work or streaming)

• Please be respectful of other tenants and courteous. No Smoking, No pets, One parking pass per unit, Sleeps 4, (3) adults max. Must be 25YO or older to book.
