We are so excited to share our vacation home with you! You will LOVE the amazing views from our balcony and COMPLIMENTARY CRUISE SHIP PARKING!

You're only steps away from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico & the magnificent Babe's Beach. Our condo has been completely remodeled , finished December 2021, includes: floors, kitchen cabinets & appliances, furniture, and an updated bathroom with a walk in shower.
The space
You'll have access to the entire condo unit including all of the amenities, household items, and beach accessories (including a beach wagon, beach chairs, a rolling Igloo cooler, beach umbrella and 2 beach towels) that we keep stored here. Feel free to use all items available, we just ask that you treat them as you would your own, rinse them off, and put them back where you found them for the next guest!
As you walk through the front door of our condo, you’ll look down the hallway towards the back of the condo which faces the paradise cove swimming pool and a view of the ocean.
To right side as you enter will be the bedroom with a queen bed, dresser, closet, and TV.
Along the hallway opposite the bedroom is the bunk bed alcove with two twin mattresses and usb ports in wall for conveniently charging devices.
Directly across the hall from the bunks is the bathroom. It’s a full bathroom with a walk in shower. We stock it with essentials like towels, toilet paper, soap, and shampoo.
At the other end of the condo is the kitchen, living, and dining areas. The brand new kitchen should have everything you need, including a refrigerator with freezer, full size stove, dishwasher and microwave.
There is seating in the living room including a table for 4, comfortable couch and a large smart tv.
Finally, take a step outside through the sliding glass door onto the private oversized balcony where you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee while listening to the ocean breeze.
Guest access
Our condo is part of a managed condominium Resort property, The Victorian. Amenities include: water fall lagoon pool with a romantic rock water fall and lush landscaping. Paradise cove pool features a water drop mushroom and zero depth entry. Garden hot tubs feature heated whirl pools in a secluded garden setting. Lighted tennis court, fitness center, barbecue/picnic areas with a pavilion, fish cleaning station and laundry rooms are also on site. This resort also includes Covered parking, security gates and Security on site.
Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check out time is 11:00 AM. If the front office is closed when you arrive, just check in with the on-site security.
When you arrive, check in at the Victorian front desk similar to arriving at a hotel. You'll need to pay a $35 resort fee which includes up to two parking tags for your vehicles, pool and hot tub wristbands, and WiFi access codes. If you need more parking passes, it’s $35 for every two additional passes. Also, the resort fee for stays 14 days or longer is $70 per month.
Also when checking-in, you'll need to sign a guest form which will be your acknowledgement of the rules of the property. Remember the units at The Victorian are privately-owned and the property is managed by our owner's association. Some owners live in their condos full-time while others rent them out to guests like you. Please be courteous and respectful to owners and their guests alike. Our on-site security officers are available if they're needed.

We are only a phone call away! If you need something, please call us and ask. We will do our best to help and accommodate.
Our condo is professionally cleaned and disinfected after every guest. Although we cannot control the maintenance of the building, we do try to let our guests know what is happening. Our building is very well maintained so anything that does take place is for a reason that will only improve your stay. Please understand that this is our family's personal vacation home that we share with many other guests. Naturally, some of the things that we keep there for ourselves and our guests might be missing or broken from time to time. We do our best to replace and repair these items as quickly as possible.
Additionally, Guests making reservations must be 21 years of age and older. Our very special home is ideal for the perfect getaway to relax or explore this beautiful Island. Also, due to severe allergies of an owner, absolutely NO PETS allowed, no exceptions.
Our condo is SMOKE FREE. If Smoking is detected, an additional cleaning fee of $250 plus any damages will apply. There are designated smoking areas in the Victorian complex so please use those areas and NOT the balcony.

Upon checking in, if there is anything at all that is not as it should be, we would like to know immediately as to address it. We welcome your suggestions and open communication! This is our home and we cherish it. We ask that you keep this in mind as we love sharing our space with you and look forward to having our guests make many happy and wonderful memories!
This beautiful little Hideaway has direct complimentary access to 2 Certified Tourism Ambassadors for Galveston!! They are EXPERTS in things to do, places to visit and where to eat! Their VIP contact information will be provided in the unit and may be accessed during daytime hours. Please inquire about concierge services, special tours or requests!
Co-hosts/Ambassador David and Grace are available to provide additional information.
Each Condominium is individually owned and cared for. Common area rules may differ from individual suites.

Important Note:
Our Suite is a quiet Hideaway designed for a relaxing getaway. Our beautiful suite is not appropriate for the party scene, loud disturbances, inappropriate behavior or breaking Resort/Suite rules. NO Smoking of any kind permitted. We, unfortunately, cannot ban other condo owners or guests from smoking in the vicinity, and guests should, of course be aware of this.
Please keep in mind that Galveston is a humid Subtropical Climate. Its amazingly lush and full of life! That being said, you can expect to experience many different types of animal life, including a variety of insects on occasion. This is a natural phenomenon and part of Island living.

We can make an occasional adjustment, depending on the day and check-in schedule. ALL Guests must be registered with us and the Front Desk.
We require a valid Government ID that matches the name and picture on your profile. Failure to upload your ID and/or present at check-in will result in denial of entry. You will not receive a refund.
Please be sure to disclose all guests prior to check in (limit 6).
Galveston and the Victorian have strict guidelines concerning number of guests.
A violation will end your contract and you will be asked to vacate. We want you to relax and enjoy every second here!
For your convenience we have set out a limited number of clean towels. We are an energy conserving Island and lovingly request that you hang them on appropriate hooks or bars. Should you require laundry facilities, we have washers and dryers conveniently located in each building. They accept debit and credit cards!
RULES:
Please be sure to obtain your parking pass(es), up to 2 vehicles at the Front Desk Lobby. The 1 time Resort fee is $35 per stay (up to 14 days). One time for your entire party and includes your tropical pool passes, all amenities and 24 hour security.
Trash shoots are located at the end of each breezeway. Please dispose of garbage pail waste before checking out. A $25 trash disposal fee will be charged if trash is not disposed of properly.
Trash chute is located down the breezeway towards the front elevator.
Please start the dishwasher before departure. We will put the dishes and silverware in their appropriate places. 😃
Soiled towels may be HUNG in the bathroom for laundering at checkout time. PLEASE Do not place linens on the floor. 🙂
Quiet time at the Resort is 11pm. Pool closes at 10 PM.
Absolutely no smoking anywhere in the condo.
We have regular guests that have allergies and we are a 100% smoke free getaway! A deodorizing fee of $250 will be charged if we detect smoke odors.
Please do NOT make up beds upon checkout.😃 You're on vacation and our team will take care of this!
We love pets, but the Victorian Condominiums Resort has a STRICT NO PETS POLICY. Please do NOT bring your fur babies!🙂
TRUE SERVICE animals are the ONLY EXCEPTION.
ESAs MUST HAVE A LEGITIMATE ESA LETTER FROM A LICENSED MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONAL. We reserve the right to have this letter provided at the time of check-in. Obtained ONLINE CARDS or VESTS are NOT OFFICIAL WITHOUT THIS LETTER. Thank you. 🙂

ONLY the ACTUAL number of registered guests are permitted in the Suite. Any violation of this rule will result in loss of deposit and your party will be asked to leave the premises. We value honesty and the City code regulations. Thank you for your cooperation. If you are visiting friends/family and would like to invite them during the hours of 10am-10pm please let us know in advance. We understand many of our new friends may be visiting loved ones.
Host is not responsible for any personal items left in suite. Whenever possible if an item is recovered, we are happy to return it to you at your expense.
