`At Last` by BeachBox, with its coastal interior will set the tone for a cheerful beach getaway. Relax in the airy living space with island views, or cook fresh seafood in the fully equipped kitchen with ample counter space and breakfast bar seating. Both bedrooms are on the main level. Bedroom one includes a queen suite with deck access. Bedroom 2 has a full-sized bed and twin/twin trundle. Just 3 houses from the beach, you are steps away from the sand and sea.

● Location: Jamaica Beach community of Galveston, Texas

● Beach Access: The home is just 20 yards from the Jamaica Beach community beach access point, a quick walk away! Cars and golf carts are also allowed to park on the beach.

● Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Jamaica Beach community pool for a fee — open Memorial Day - Labor Day — and city park.

● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 2 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Parking: There is room for 4 cars in the driveway.

You’ll love how the wall of windows frame island views. Watch the waves while preparing your fresh seafood dinner in the fully-equipped kitchen. Plentiful counter space means everyone can work together to create a delicious feast. Serve buffet-style from the breakfast bar, and enjoy conversations gathered round the dining table.

Both of the bedrooms are conveniently located on the main level. The primary queen suite is a private paradise with its own TV and en suite bathroom. Bring your morning coffee right onto the deck. Families or siblings will all love the second bedroom with its full bed and twin with trundle.

Start and end your days on the expansive main deck. It’s the perfect spot to watch the waves, listen to the birds, and soak in the sun. The hard part will be choosing what’s next - beach or pool. The beach is just 3 houses away, and the public pool in Jamaica Beach is only a short drive away (open seasonally, daily fee).

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

- One-night stays must be approved.
- We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- This community only allows BLACK TRASH BAGS. We provide trash bags under the kitchen sink. Please refrain from using white bags.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
