Is there any additional fee? The Victorian Condominiums charges a $40 facility access fee at the time of registration. This $40 fee is per group in the reservation; it is not per person. The Facilities Access Fee allows access to all amenities in the property for guests and parking spaces for 2 vehicles for 1-7 days; 8-30 days is $80.
