Tucked on the second floor of a historic Galveston home, the Ruby Suite offers three bedrooms, a private balcony, and all the comforts of home. Ideal for families or small groups, this inviting space is just minutes from the beach, The Strand, and the Pleasure Pier. SUITE IS LOCATED IN A SHARED HOME.

● Location: Historic downtown area of Galveston, Texas

● Beach Access: Less than a 5 minute drive from the beaches at the Seawall.

● Rent Beach Box: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 1 pet is allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Parking: There is room for 2 vehicles on the street. Street parking only.

The Ruby Suite spans one side of the second floor in a beautiful Galveston home, blending old-world charm with easy coastal living. Inside, a comfortable living room and cozy kitchen make it simple to enjoy meals and downtime together between beach adventures.

This suite features three bedrooms and one bathroom: a primary bedroom with a king bed, a second bedroom with a twin daybed and matching trundle, and a third bedroom with a queen bed that opens to a private balcony—a perfect spot for morning coffee or a quiet evening breeze.

Guests also have access to the property’s shared outdoor area, complete with picnic tables, a BBQ pit, and a fire pit surrounded by chairs for gathering under the Galveston sky.

The Ruby Suite is one of three private units within this historic home, offering both privacy and connection for guests who want to enjoy Galveston’s history and coastal charm.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
