„Convenient to event I was attending“

„A very clean house and a great view of the lake. We were under the impression it was a bit more secluded and not part of a bigger community with houses not immediately near but it ended up being just fine. Interior of the house is wonderful. Only issue we had was that the ice dispenser in the refrigerator didn’t work which causes a minor inconvenience but again, not a big deal. “

„Overall the house and area were nice, although the cleanliness of the house inside definitely needs some attention. The bedding/pillows seemed like they weren't washed(still had other people's hair on the pillows and under the sheets) bathroom sinks and shower still had hair in them. The refrigerator had a strong scent of rotted meat. The outdoor furniture was very dusty/dirty. I believe with a little better cleaning upon guest departures and arrivals this would be a great place. „The “Happy House” was exactly that and exceeded what we could imagine. The description of the rental was very accurate with everything that was included. It was a great location right by the beach and walking to stores and restaurants. The house had plenty of amazing extras for our 2 young kids (3 and 1). It was amazing having a crib, high chair, etc. The play-set in the backyard and the kids nook in the house were amazing features!“

„This was the perfect little place to stay for 2 adults and a chocolate lab. The proximity to the beach and the bay was ideal. Bars and restaurants were close too. My dog loved having his bed next to the slider for the breeze and outdoor scenery. Not a complaint, but would make it spot on if there was a screen door on the front and the shower water pressure was a little stronger. I would recommend this little gem.“
