„The best place to stay. This is boutique accommodation on a quiet street, a short drive to the main attractions. I loved being surrounded by nature in the pool, seeing beautiful birds and monkeys in the trees, bats and fireflies at night. Staying here was the highlight of our time in Galle. „Even before we left home, the staff at taavetti was responsive and kind and helped us organise a driver who picked us up (and waited for us to sort out an issue with our bags!) at colombo airport with a sign. Upon arrival they were welcoming and smiling and provided us with cold towels and a refreshing mango juice. „The Bartizan is a really nice hotel with a great view over the ocean. I had the tower room which was small and gorgeous. However, it was not perfectly clean (the fan was super dusty, my bedsheets did not smell very fresh), plus the water pressure in the shower was super low and the water cold. Breakfast was really good and was served in the courtyard - or on the terrace upon request (only advisable in early morning hours, otherwise it will be too hot).“

„Dette hotel er noget helt specielt. Vi havde et værelse på 3 sal med egen terrasse. Vi havde et alle tiders kæmpe tre lige uden foran og om morgenen, da vi skulle spise morgenmad, var aberne meget interesserede. Det var en morgenmad, som var inklusiv i opholdet, men det blev bragt til værelset til aftalt tid og man kunne komme med ønsker om preferencer. Tillige fik vi en mygge skåner.
